Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on a variety of vehicles to identify issues.
- Execute repairs on engines, brakes, suspension systems, and other vehicle components.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
- Document service and repair activities accurately for customer records and warranty purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining complex technical information clearly to clients.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and vocational or technical training in automotive repair are preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician or in a similar role.
- Must have ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic software and tools.
