Position Overview:
D-Tech Staffing is seeking a Records Management Clerk who is a detail-oriented and organized professional to assist with a legal records digitization project. The selected individual will play an essential role in scanning, titling, and categorizing official records to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with judicial record-keeping standards.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately scan and digitize physical documents using designated equipment and software.
- Title, categorize, and index digital files in accordance with established documentation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping and retention standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of sensitive materials.
- Prepare backlog records for transfer to the Archives system.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with document scanning, imaging, or records management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with judicial documentation standards preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency with standard office and document management software.

Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Hours/Schedule: Flexible hours within standard weekday operations
