(a) The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by D-Tech Staffing. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for third-party websites, content, privacy policies, or practices.

(b) Your interactions with third-party services, including potential employment or staffing engagements facilitated through our Services, are solely between you and the respective third party.

6. User Responsibilities

(a) You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide, including job postings, résumés, and application details, is accurate and current.

(b) You acknowledge that D-Tech Staffing does not guarantee job placement, candidate suitability, or any employment-related outcomes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

(a) The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. D-Tech Staffing disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

(b) To the maximum extent permitted by law, D-Tech Staffing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, reputational damage, data loss, or business disruptions, arising from or related to:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services;
  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job postings, résumés, or employment matches facilitated through the Services;
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or
  • Any third-party conduct or content available through the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless D-Tech Staffing, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bel Air, Mayland.

10. Amendments

(a) We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Agreement will indicate the “Last Updated” date.

(b) Your continued use of the Services after any amendments constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination

(a) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or if we believe your actions may harm D-Tech Staffing or its users.

(b) Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.
