D-Tech Staffing is seeking a highly skilled web developer to create a fully custom website template tailored to our client’s unique brand and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will develop a bespoke web solution from the ground up, ensuring a distinctive and purposeful digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Custom Template Design & Development

• Design and develop a 100% custom website template
• Create a unique, purpose-built design that goes beyond template or theme modifications
• Develop a fully original layout with custom-coded components
• Ensure the template is built from scratch to meet specific client needs

2. Content Management System (CMS)

• Implement a scalable CMS (preferably WordPress)
• Develop a custom template with complete flexibility and unique functionality
• Create a system that allows easy content management by non-technical staff
• Enable comprehensive and intuitive site modifications

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy integrated into the custom template
• Establish clear performance benchmarks and KPIs
• Fully integrate Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Implement custom metadata, alt tags, and structured data optimization

4. Interactive Features & Functionality

• Develop advanced custom features, including:
  • Automated event calendar with unique design integration
  • Custom interactive business directory
  • Bespoke flipbook-style publication viewer
  • Tailored social media integration
  • Unique blog functionality with custom design elements

5. Accessibility & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with ADA standards
• Implement WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines
• Create a custom, inclusive web experience

6. Hosting & Maintenance

• Provide strategic hosting recommendations
• Offer ongoing maintenance and support services
• Deliver comprehensive staff training with recorded materials
