Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

- Monitor and document children’s progress through observations and assessments.

- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth by engaging students in diverse learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Required Experience: At least 2 years of experience teaching or working with preschool-aged children.
- Required Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred; teaching certification may be required in certain states.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creativity in lesson planning, patience, and a deep understanding of early childhood development.
