As a Paralegal, you will contribute significantly to the efficient operation of legal departments and law firms, ensuring accurate and timely handling of legal processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and gather relevant case information.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
- Manage, organize, and maintain legal files and records.
- Coordinate with legal teams and clients to facilitate case preparation and proceedings.
- Support attorneys in court filings, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
- Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department.
- Required Certifications: Paralegal certification from an accredited program is preferred.
- Skills: Strong research and writing skills, proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and attention to detail.
