We are seeking highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistants for multiple full-time roles. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions and supporting team efficiency across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office tasks, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendar appointments for executives.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, providing excellent service.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and presentation materials.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
