Job Description
General Payroll functions Collect, confirm and process timesheets and overtime.
- Verify taxes and other deductions
- Maintain, manage, and track leave time
- Distribute and track payroll checks distributions
- General support functions verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
- Assist in month end reporting procedures
- Resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
- Track and audit petty cash
- Reconcile employee expense reports
- Provide general administrative tasks
- Liaison with other departments/customers/vendors
- Planning and organizing Attention to detail Problem-solving Teamwork Customer service orientation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years’ experience in accounting or related field
- Proficient in Word and Excel and other accounting and payroll software
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationship
