Job Description

The Administrative Assistant performs all secretarial functions, answers phones, takes messages, schedules appointments, maintains files, type documents, edits, proofreads, designs, copies and distributes correspondence, policies, procedures, meeting minutes, notices, etc.

0-1 year previous office experience in a health care environment

2-4 years previous office experience in a health care environment (preferred)

High School Diploma or GED (required) 2 year/Associate”s Degree (preferred)
